- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in the fact that we don’t want to waste our time or our customers. With low overhead as a smaller company we are able to offer extremely competitive pricing, beating out our competitors 9 times out of 10.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we first schedule a free in home estimate. We then measure all windows and show samples for the desired style of window treatments. Once that’s done we have everything needed to give a quote before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience as well as hands on training from previous companies I’ve worked for and also from the vendors that i carry.
