Chuck & Maria are amazing chefs and not only made my birthday unforgettable, but we felt like they were part of our family! Their son in law Dan was a great bartender, so professional and friendly! I couldn’t have asked for a better 40th birthday. They really made the night special.

I was in a bind with finding a caterer on relatively short notice. Every Detail Catering was one of several businesses that responded to my request. Chuck was extremely helpful in 'guiding' me to the right choices. After the menu was picked, Chuck realized that he already had 2 catering jobs on the same day as mine. He told me to give him some time to try and figure it out and he came back shortly thereafter and told me that he could fit us in!!!!! I was already a fan because of their amazing menu, but this small act solidified the deal for me. Our event was on 4/19 and I have heard nothing but great things about the food. My only 'complaint' is that we did not order enough Shrimp Scampi with Orzo. That was gone immediately :-) Definitely a crowd favorite. Chuck left some business cards and people are taking them for personal catering needs they have. Well done Chuck! You've got Edison Properties ready to work with you again.

My wife and I were lucky enough to have Every Detail Catering help us with our housewarming party. (It was also my 40th!) The food was incredible and many guests shared positive feedback. Chuck and his wife were very easy to work with and helped us plan the menu, rent seating and tables, and set up a bartender for the evening. Afterwards they wrapped up and broke down so well, that the place looked like there was never a party. It was a fantastic experience and we definitely are glad we found them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had Every Detail Cateringcater a bridal shower. They worked very well with us, there was a nice menu variety to choose from with unique items, they were punctual, and very attentive to our guests. The food and service was excellent, and they were very easy to work with. I would definitely use them to cater an event again.

Chuck and his team provided appetizers and dessert for our baby shower for 50+ people, and everything was delicious! We got so many compliments on the food and the server that Chuck provided made the entire party stress-free for me and my husband. We will definitely use Chuck again when we need a caterer and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caterer!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to take pricing out of the equation when we are speaking with a potential customer because it isnt always about the type of items or the variety offered. We can always alter the number of items or type of items to still give the customer the freshest ingredients and great customer service for their guests and maintain their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to spend a few minutes talking with a potential customer to find out exactly what type of experience they are looking for at their event. By taking this time it helps us with our goal which is to provide each customer and their guests with an experience they will remember when they are looking for a caterer for their next event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years in the food and hospitality industry providing excellent product and customer service throughout the years on a corporate level. We decided to take our experience to the private level 6 years ago and it is evident by our reviews and referrals that we are continuing with the success we have always had.
