Used HomeLux for whole-house duct and ventcleaning and would absolutely hire them again. Mark and his team showed up professional, friendly, and prepared. Communication was great from the first phone call, and there was never any pressure or surprise upsells.
They worked efficiently, treated the house with care, and left no mess. The ducts came out clean, and they even caught some real safety issues with my venting that I had no idea about, fixed them on the spot, and walked me through everything. That kind of transparency goes a long way.

These guys are the best. Vlad & and Team came to fix vent. They went above and beyond and found a nest inside the vet. They have done an amazing job.
Mark and Vlad were amazing. They cleaned out all the ducts in my family home with such detail and accuracy. The before and after pics they shared told me all I needed to know. The most important was when Vlad cleaned out my dryer vent. It was so clogged that it was close to a possible house fire. See the pics. Crazy. Not only did he clean out the dryer vent, but when he looked behind, he noticed the tube wasn’t even fully attached to the dryer and it was an old metal tubing. He immediately went to the truck and replaced it and did such an amazing job. to me that was above and beyond. I didn’t ask he just did it. I very highly recommend these guys they’re professional they’re kind and they care. Their prices are also very, very fair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process depends on the type of project:
• Air duct & dryer vent cleaning: Most residential estimates can be provided over the phone based on the number of HVAC units and vents.
• Carpet cleaning: Pricing depends on the number of rooms, soil level, and presence of stains.
We always explain what’s included, what to expect, and how long the service will take before scheduling.
