For a standard move we charge hourly for labor, plus a travel charge based on mileage. All rates are shared on your free estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a discovery call to understand your needs. If it seems like a good fit, then we provide a free virtual in-home estimate. During this brief video call, we review your move details completely. This video walkthrough is vital to ensure that move day is as smooth as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers are trained in professional packing, furniture protection, hoisting, and in-home logistics. More importantly, they’re trained to think on the fly. Every move is a problem-solving exercise, not just lifting heavy things, and that mindset is what prevents damage and chaos.
