What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the introduction process, we will do an evaluation and protection of your case. We will be upfront about what our fees are based on the scope of work involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we offer a FREE Consultation. Then, if you decide that you would like to move forward we offer a Thumbtack promotional fee of only $445 for reviewing your IRS transcripts - an evaluation phase.
Our senior staff then analyzes the information and goes straight to work at finding the best individualized solution for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our friendly and helpful team consists of individuals with numerous years of experience, and a comprehensive understanding of all your tax questions. Some of our members have CPA, Insurance, and Attorney credentials.
