- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we believe in upfront pricing of our services and no surprises. We will spend a little more time upfront getting a complete understanding of the clients situation - so we can accurately price the job. This can be done in person or via the phone/ Skype. We will quote a project rate to do a specific project - or set up a monthly retainer to cover all services agreed upon with the client for the next 6 months to 1 year of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone conference for about 1/2 hour getting to know you and your business . At the end of the phone meeting - we would ask a new customer to send us requested information. After we review the requested documents - we would sit down with the client in person or do a Skype /phone meeting to review what we can do for the new customer and what the services would cost
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are CPA's and profit consultants with in excess of 140 years of accounting and tax experience among our 7 professional staff. Daniel P Vigilante is a CTC- certified tax coach . There are only 600 tax coaches across the county . We develop personalized tax plans for our business clients to save them thousands of dollars each year In our professional staff we have Masters of tax degrees and professionals who are certified QuickBooks advisors for desktop and QuickBooks online
