David is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He is very detailed and will say it how it is. I have already recommended him to friends and family that are purchasing homes now or in the near future. David was on time for our appointment and even though it was pouring rain the day of the inspection, he was able to inspect the pool and the entire house without a problem.

I have used Daves services back in 2013 and also used it last week for my second home purchase . Its the same amazing quality of service which has been continued . What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Oh yes, I have to obtain 40 credits every 2 years to satisfy my licensing obligations. I earn credits by attending al day educational seminars all around the state. This keeps me abreast of all the new and many products that manufacturers incorporate into the market. There are new codes that also can indirectly affect my profession. I also, have trained and mentored a dozen home inspection companies so they can get licensure in New Jersey. I access the internet for online education as well. There are many reputable sources on online education for me since I belong to many inspector associations such as ASHI. ALPHI, NACHI, HUD, TIE, etc.
