- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential Painting and Drywall is my primary specialty. I also offer finish carpentry, handyman, maintenance and other services. I am on call 7 days a week to meet my customers' needs, and they have shown their appreciation for this by providing excellent testimonials (see my website) and straight A's across all categories from every single Angie's List customer. My track record is outstanding because I am passionate about what I do and it shows in the results of my painting, staining, drywall, wall repair, molding, trim, handyman and maintenance services. My work is high-end but my prices are reasonable because I have low overhead.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am a small home improvement contractor. CraftPro is me and, when needed, a crew of only the most skilled workers. Unlike larger firms, we don't have commission-paid project managers or estimators. I do all the estimates, I am in contact with all the customers and potential customers. I provide regular progress reports throughout the course of each job. I provide a personable service to my customers: unlike other contractors, my customers can bring all their concerns to me and only me. This is part of why I have earned straight A grades on Angie's List across all categories from every single customer.
