I am so happy we hired Julia as our wedding planner. She has been nothing but helpful, working within our tight budget to make our day special, fit it to our theme, and give us the most bang for our buck. What's most remarkable is her ability to take our vague, non-traditional ideas (as side-show performers, we are having a turn of the century gypsy-carnival themed wedding) and help us create the style and ideas we are going for in a way that is pocket-friendly. She is always willing to run with an idea, and stays with you every step of the way. We are FOREVER grateful for Julia's experience and expertise and don't know how we would have gotten half of the things we needed to et done without her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, My services can be purchased as a package rate, by the hour or as a percentage of total money spent. I allow for a deposit to be paid upon contract signing and the remaining balance to be paid 2 days prior to the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start a relationship with a discovery meeting to learn about what's important to my clients, the top 3 things they want to see at their event, their overall budget and set realistic expectations for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am a part of several event planner/coordinator groups that meet and discuss new trends and skills industry set
