I had an amazing experience. From the moment Victor walked in my backyard to fix my pool, I knew my problem would be solved. He’s knowledgeable, professional, friendly and talked me through everything that he was doing. When I say top notch customer service I really mean it. I hired him on the spot to open and close my pool. If you want quality service I recommend BPS. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!!!!!

Best Pool Solutions was absolutely fantastic. They were calm, courteous, and very professional. A groundhog dug a hole under my pool, causing the liner to drop, and I was worried it might rip. They didnt make me waitthey came the next day, early in the morning, and fixed it before it became a bigger problem. I truly appreciate their quick response and excellent work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs pool service.

So Best Pool Solutions was assigned to me by my Home Warranty Company. I needed services done to my pump and filter and Victor went above and beyond to help me with my claim when getting nothing extra out of it. He is the definition of customer service. He is now my permanent pool person. He explains everything in detail and tries to get you the best price possible. My previous pool company was the complete opposite. If you're looking for any kind of pool services, look no further, don't waste your time with the rest, Call the best definitely call Victor! They've definitely earned their name!

I really like the service. They are very professional and they will follow up with you if everything is working fine. Like in my case there was a minor issue after their service. The moment I told them about the issue they came back and fixed it without charging anything. They certainly better than other pool service companies.
