This is 1 1/2 weeks after the installation of my new liner. Needless to say, we never even got to go in the pool. Completely damage my neighbors yard as well.

Took deposit over month ago. Never finished the liner install after scheduling appointments several times and never showed up. Not responsive.

Details: Cleaning and Maintenance • In-ground pool • Vinyl • Chlorinated water • Pool water is green or cloudy • Algae • Leaves • I do not need my pool drained • One time only • Cleaning system

customer was told liner takes 3 weeks from order for liner to be made because each in ground liner is customer made to fit. Anyone who lines in New Jersey is fully aware of the historic rainfall this May. To install a liner without proper weather conditions and expect it to come out correctly is being unrealistic. As soon a weather Conditions permit job will be completed. This was explained multiple times and dies not need a phone call every few hours to repeat.
