This is 1 1/2 weeks after the installation of my new liner. Needless to say, we never even got to go in the pool. Completely damage my neighbors yard as well.

I never write reviews but since I can’t get a hold of anthony I will write one here. Avoid Anthony from Best Pool Solutions at all costs. I hired him to repair a small section of pool tiles — a straightforward job that any professional should have handled easily. Instead, within a couple of weeks of his so-called repair, the tiles he installed fell right off and into the pool. The grout he used is now crumbling apart, leaving debris all over the pool floor again and again, and to make matters worse, it has caused staining on the gunite that I now have to deal with. And Anthony? Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. I’ve contacted him countless times — I have text messages where he promised to come back and fix his disaster and even a phone call of him apologizing making promises. But all he’s done is lie, ignore my calls, and never show up. He’s made zero effort to make this right. Because of his incompetence, I now have to partially drain the pool to get this mess cleaned up and pay someone else to redo the job the right way. Anthony clearly doesn’t care about his work or his customers — he just wants your money and disappears when the job falls apart. Do yourself a favor: don’t hire Best Pool Solutions. It’s the worst decision you could make for your pool

Took deposit over month ago. Never finished the liner install after scheduling appointments several times and never showed up. Not responsive.

customer was told liner takes 3 weeks from order for liner to be made because each in ground liner is customer made to fit. Anyone who lines in New Jersey is fully aware of the historic rainfall this May. To install a liner without proper weather conditions and expect it to come out correctly is being unrealistic. As soon a weather Conditions permit job will be completed. This was explained multiple times and dies not need a phone call every few hours to repeat.
