I had a wonderful experience with Sheldon, who repaired my leaky bathtub faucet. He was extremely responsive and came out right away. I would recommend Trinity. He was responsive during the initial scheduling process, showed up as promised, and completed both exterior electrical work and carpentry projects for us. While communication during the follow-up process could have been a bit stronger—I had to reach out regarding a return visit and didn’t receive a response to my text—he did follow through and show up as expected.
