Donald was very professional and courteous from the moment he stepped into my home until the moment he left. He was very meticulous mounting my television and explaining to me what he was doing and why. He also assembled some furniture for me, including a tv stand with an electric fireplace that had its challenges. The tv looks great and the furniture is perfect. I am keeping Donald in mind and for future projects and would definitely hire Vital Security again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My camera systems start out at $400 per camera for 2 cameras+ which is installed and includes the recorder. I provide commercial grade equipment that will last significantly longer than any box system. I will also install any system you purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go over exactly what the customer wants and explain clear expectations of how my work will be done so there are no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as an apprentice, became lead technician, quality control then project manager. I took further IT courses and got certified in fire and burglar alarm systems. I have since started my own company to service South Jersey and Philadelphia.
