- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality of work I deliver. I focus on doing the job right the first time — using good materials, paying attention to detail, and making sure every project looks great and lasts. I may not always be the cheapest, but I always make sure my customers get quality work and results they’re proud of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by checking the area, taking measurements, and discussing flooring options. Then I give a detailed estimate and schedule the job. I always make sure the work is done on time, clean, and with great attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the trade through hands-on experience, working on all types of renovation projects over the years. Most of my training came from being on the job, perfecting my skills, and keeping up with new flooring techniques and materials to make sure every job is done right.
