- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are all priced based upon the time of the service first because I use multiple modalities in my massage in order to better achieve each client's individual goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask questions to identify the client’s specific needs. Then I give an explanation of how I plan to address any issues or concerns that they may have. During treatment I check in with the client to make sure they are comfortable with my pressure and technique. After treatment I will go over any home care and a recommended treatment plan with the client if necessary. Finally I thank them and remind them to drink plenty of water.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Acupressure, Neuromuscular Evaluation and Treatment of the Neck, Back, Upper, and Lower extremities, and Hot Stone Massage, with many more things to come!
