- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is due to my years of experience with cats and dogs. I have a family environment to board them if that's the case, or if the case is pet sitting, I make sure I'll provide the best comfort to your pet while you are out. I have veterinary knowledge so I'll know when something is off, also I administer shots, give medications. I'll always give an estimate before and I'm always open to talk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll get as much information as possible about the pets needs, preferences, so I can provide the pet the best comfort possible. Each pet is unique.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science
