Over the Top was incredible. I hired them after a balloon vendor backed out of my event in less than 24 hours! Over the Top saved the day and there work was phenomenal. Everything happens for a reason and I will use Over the Top for all of my event needs moving forward!!!

Tiffany and Chelsea were so wonderful. They are true creative professionals. We ran into a potential issue whereby our balloon structure might not have stayed up for the duration we needed. Tiffany and Chelsea quickly alerted me and came up with great suggestions/alternative designs that ended up looking fantastic! I’m so pleased with the end result and they were lovely to work with.

Over the Top Kreationz was just what my kids’ birthday party needed. Having tried to do things like this myself in the past, finding someone I could trust to come in and do it FOR me was worth it before I get into how wonderful this company is. From the start, they took the time to work with my budget and recommend affordable options to achieve the look I was going for. From there, were responsive and communicative every step of the way to ensure I was involved at the level I was comfortable with - from confirming balloon colors, to confirming lettering layout and adjustments prior to developing the final product… I really felt like I was in good hands. The day of the event, they were punctual, professional and personable. The final product was better than I could have imagined and I can’t stress enough what a game-changer this was with 2 little kids. Added bonus is that this company tells you what you can expect up front. There are no hidden fees, and they don’t price gauge based on unrealistic time slots like some others do. In fact, I paid nothing additional to have them pick up the backdrop and balloons the following day… which was huge for me because we do my kids’ birthday parties in my backyard and there’s no “end” time like we may have at a venue. I plan to use Over The Top Kreationz many, many more times. I attached some photos. For reference, it was my son’s 1st birthday and my daughter’s 5th birthday so we created a way to highlight both ages in the wording.

I can’t say enough about Tiffany and Chelsea at Over The Top Kreationz! I had someone else booked to do the balloon decoration at my baby shower and they canceled on me a week before the event. Within 10 minutes, Tiffany responded to my inquiry and was on the phone ironing out all the details. Not only did Over The Top Kreationz save the day, but they created something that was far and away beyond my expectations! I can’t thank them enough for everything and if you’re using someone else for you party decor, you’re missing out!!!
