Our organization is comprised of skilled and talented professionals, dedicated to providing full service construction and remodeling services for over seventeen years. We specialize in complete remodel and general construction services, as well as contemporary and historical home renovations. Our projects are unique and don’t tend to exhibit a specific style, primarily because each project is individually designed with our clients’ interests and vision in mind. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing/Job Cost is predicated upon the scope of work we are contracted to perform. Our rates don't vary from job to job. They are fair and very competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial meeting with the potential Client to discuss the project they wish to have quoted. We ask questions, our Client asks us questions, view the job to be completed and our takeaway is a comprehensive view of what our Client's needs are to produce a relevant quote. We provide, a complete quote with a detailed breakout of all categories of the work to be completed along with a full narrative of the corresponding description of what we envision of the work. In most cases, if relevant, a drawing/rendering of the planned work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Engineering degree/ 20 yr background -Design training and 20 yr background -Over 25 years in the construction business
