The representative inspected the job to be done (replacing a mini-split a/c and heater) before giving an estimate. (Competitors sent an estimate before even showing up.) He understood that the old wiring and cables could be re-used and so the job was easier than thought by competitors. As a result, the estimate was lower than the competitors. The two-person team showed up on the date promised. They discovered the new unit I had purchased was a higher amperage than the one being replaced and would need to install an additional breaker for an additional $150. Even so, the total price was LESS than the competitors. They worked neatly and completed the job in about a half day. The new unit works great and I would certainly use their service again!

I contacted Michael’s HVAC to replace my furnace, condenser, and coil. Tom came out to assess the work and to draw up an estimate. By the end of the day, I received the estimate from his office and scheduled. He was one of 3 HVAC professionals I contacted. Tom arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. He was courteous, professional, and I felt he was trustworthy (which is why I chose him among the others) from estimate and throughout the installations. I am more than satisfied with the services I received. Also, I was having a difficult time finding a plumber and he offered to have a plumber from his company come out to provide an estimate. Nabil was also polite and professional. I scheduled him for the plumbing work which I needed completed such included changing a waste line, installing a sump pump, repairing a dryer vent. I was also more than satisfied with the additional work.
