- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are much lower than they should be. I’m told it should be at least double if not triple of what I charge. But due to peoples circumstances I really do it for the love of the animals and to help out their owners it’s not all about the money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer I speak with them on the phone and make an appointment to come to their home to meet with them and their pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 35 year retired Special Education teacher. I have a Masters and a Supervisor Certification in this field. I have a passion for animals and have been working with them for 37 years. I am professional, responsible, friendly, and compassionate with the animals and their owners.
