FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free telephone consultation so you can describe what is going on before you commit to anything, and we will tell you honestly whether an inspection is even needed. If an air testing and inspection is recommended, we explain the testing fee in plain language so there are no surprises on your visit. Pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of samples sent to the certified laboratory. We are happy to talk through options in English or Spanish so you can make the right decision for your home and your concern.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts where I listen to your concerns, ask about the history of the property, and explain what an air testing and inspections will tell you. From there I schedule with you an on-site inspection and testing, performing a visual and moisture assessment, and collect air or surface samples that go to an accredited independent laboratory. Once results come back, I send a clear written report with photos, lab data, and practical recommendations, and I take the time to walk you through everything so you understand exactly what was found.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified mold inspector working under Aerotek Environmental LLC, an IICRC Certified Firm with verified state credentials including New Jersey HIC Registration 13VH06811800 and Pennsylvania Contractor License 091719. Our team holds professional certifications through the Indoor Air Quality Association, the American Indoor Air Quality Council, and the National Association of Mold Professionals, along with EPA Lead Safe and NJCCC Renovator and Dust Sampling Technician credentials. I keep up with continuing education in indoor air quality, moisture intrusion, and laboratory sampling protocols so every inspection follows current industry standards. Being fully licensed, insured, and trained means the report you receive will hold up for insurance, real estate, and health related purposes.
