About this pro

How does your business stand out?

Rather than just teach sales skills, we professionally coach our clients on an ongoing basis to ensure the new skills become subconscious habits. Only then do clients realize significant return on their training investments. While we excel as a training and coaching practice, SalesTeam also offers its ExecuTeam solution to expertly perform outsourced business processes, including business administration, human resources management, financial management, operations management, information technology management, and sales/marketing. SalesTeam executes these outsourced solutions for its clients to the same perfection that it trains and coaches its clients to deliver to their customers.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

We like to see huge increases in our clients' business results from our efforts. We enjoy helping our clients reach their sales and service goals and tell us they wished they had engaged us sooner!

Ernie assisted the Mattison Group, an international consultancy, in selling consulting services to multinational corporations based in the US. He provided sales and customer service training for a team of associates collaborating on a series of projects. He also guided the process of preparing for and pitching a major contract with a Fortune 500 company. Enrie's professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills ensured that his training and advice both had maximum effect. We were very pleased with his services

Ernie is very energetic and it is contagious. He offers superb feedback as you progress with each weekly assignment. Great experience.
