This is the first time we hire Poseidon Plumbing. A faucet was leaking inside the wall. The plumber crew arrived on time and provided an on site estimate. Upon the acceptance of the estimate, the 2 faucets were replaced quickly (<2 hours) and done with good quality.

We offer flat-rate pricing, no hourly guesswork, no hidden surprises. You'll know exactly what the job costs before we begin. We charge a $99 service call fee to come out and assess the issue, but that fee is waived if you move forward with the work. We also offer maintenance memberships and seasonal discounts for added savings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. After understanding your concerns, we send a licensed technician to assess the issue and offer a flat-rate estimate. If approved, we get to work right away. We believe in clear communication, clean work, and jobs done right the first time.
