Our pricing is always upfront, transparent, & tailored to the scope of each project. Estimates include labor, materials (if we’re supplying them), & cleanup—so there are no hidden fees. Final costs are based on actual time, materials, & any agreed-upon adjustments. We always review details with you before starting to ensure you’re comfortable with the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with us for the first time, we start by learning about your goals & the details of your project. From there, we provide a clear estimate with scope of work, pricing, & timeline. Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time for you & keep communication open throughout the process. During the work, we make sure everything is done professionally, safely, & to your expectations. At the end, we walk you through the completed project, ensure you’re satisfied, & handle cleanup so you can enjoy the results right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a second-generation, family-owned & operated business of Carpenters with over 38 years of hands-on experience. Our background blends formal training & practical expertise. Over the years, we’ve also received specialized training in our trade, progressing through Apprenticeship to a Journeyman Carpenter & joining the Carpenters Union of NJ, before joining the family business. We continuously stay up to date with the latest tools, techniques, OSHA Certifications, & building codes to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, & with lasting quality!
