- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer project pricing so you know the price before the work begins (barring any unforeseen changes to the scope of work). We do charge a credit card fee of 3% if you choose that method of payment. We occasionally will send out coupons or offer discounts - speak with your customer service representative about any discounts that may be offered at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually call our full staffed office and discuss their project with our customer service representatives. We are often able to provide a quote over the phone and dispatch one of our experienced service professionals to your property. Once there, the service professional reviews the scope of work and confirms the quote. If the customer agrees, they are able to do the work on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service professionals have an average of ten years of construction experience on all types of projects. All of our service professionals are licensed, bonded, and insured to complete all types of home improvement work.
