What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing a personal connection with a new client, I find out as much as possible about their business, and after reviewing the details of their project, I send them a short list of what we talked about and what the expected deliverables should be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AAS Visual Communications Art Institute of Philadelphia; Certificate, E-Learning Design; Certificate, Non-Profit Management, St John Fisher College; experienced technical illustrator and fine artist. Experienced marketing communications coordination and design.
