I had a great experience with Kevin who came out to service our vending machine. He was professional, arrived right on time, and responded very quickly when I initially reached out. He took the time to walk me through the process, making sure I understood everything before he left. The service was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I had a set appointment to have services done to my vending machine. He was very prompt with his responses, at first. Come the day he needs to come for the services, he has not answered once. He gave me a timeframe- in which I thought was the time it would take for services (10am-11am). Still no answer… I also had to take off of work to attend this appointment with Mcenoughs Vending LLC. This is not a personal vending machine that I need service on- It’s at a business and he is ruining my reputation.
