Im Flavio and have about 7 years of painting experience. I first started in 2018 and had my own business for a few years. In 2022, I pursued a different position that took me away from full time painting. I now am looking to use up my free time to go back to doing something I love. I am a young motivated individual who takes a lot of pride in the work I produce. I believe my customer service is excellent so you will never have a hard time dealing with me. I want to make sure before I leave that you are happy with the work. My team consists of myself and another partner who has the same skills and goals as myself. I had a plain living room wall that needed a little pizzaz and went with Freitas based on his reviews. I am absolutely in awe and amazed at how well my wall came out and the level of professionalism and work quality Freitas possess!! Not only was he great at communicating but he did the job in less than 2 hours and was clean and I can tell he paid attention to details. Flavio painted my living, powder and also repaired a patch above my chandelier. He did an excellent job, his work is meticulous, and knows how to get the job done. He is also very easy to work with and prices are pretty reasonable. I would hire him back in a jiffy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing between 1-10 is about a 4-5, not the cheapest or the most expensive but somewhere in the middle. I like to take my time and make sure job is done right. If I receive referrals I can give discounts to both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Like setting up a date before actual job to talk about everything and set expectations. If any samples are wanted I will come out to apply them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sherwin Williams verification training. Also have a lead safety certification. Painting for about 5 years now.
