Ray and his colleague came to my rescue on a job another plumber started but did not complete in a timely or sufficient manner, and patched the Sheetrock beautifully. Ray was extremely responsive and got the job done when he said he would. Saved us a lot of hassle. His work is thorough and neat and he does go above and beyond to try and help and get things done right. My only advice would be that sometimes it’s better to consult the customer on all the possible solutions since it may cut work time. Sometimes getting things exactly as they were is not always the solution as in Ray’s desire to complete the work perfectly He spent time fixing a bidet that I was totally fine just removing. I appreciate the conscientiousness, however.

Ray is definitely a man with great knowledge to provide quality workmanship in many areas of construction.. Ray properly patched and prepared walls for painting, which included trims and doors. What a deference paint can make, I love the room again. In addition, Ray removed the existing attic fan and furnished and installed a large wall attic fan, which included reframing and electrical. I will certainly be calling Ray with a list of work in our home. Thank you Ray, you are appreciated more than you know.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of projects and I also go on what's the national average pricing to be fair with customes. I offer veterans, first responders discount and as well as senior citizens discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate as much as I can with customer to ensure that the the project will be done of what is expected as far as the outcome and end result. Also, provide as much details of what is being done by documenting it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DIY college courses certification. For my thinking skills I have associate degree in computer science.
