- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and fees are fare and if you buy sessions in bulk you will receive discounts. First time meet and greet: Free Consultation with a 30 minute workout with exercises that target your goals $ 65 for one on one single session $ 55 for one on one 2x a week $45 for one on one 3x a week $40 for one on one with 3x a week with a 90 days commitment Every trainer knows it only works if you work it!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meet and greet will consist of a Free consultation, we will use a PAR-Q form and Questionnaire. This allows us to discuss fitness goals, medical history, life stressors, past injuries, & chronic pains. The more information the better it is for us to achieve your fitness goals. After that we will go through range of mobility stretches, followed by a light fitness test. Through that I can see what imbalances, where your range of motion begins, and a starting point for a appropriate workout program. Once all our assessments are complete, we will engage in a workout that will focus on your particular goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NPTI certified personal trainer, BS Nutritional Science Some of my specialties include weight management, injury prevention, myofascial roll and release, HIIT, functional training, boxing, strength & conditioning. I have additional certifications in Youth Fitness, Yoga SUP, (Stand Up Paddle board) WSI Life Guard Cert., Surfing Instructor, Elka Yoga 200 Cert.
