About
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for over 14 years and hold numerous Specializations with NASM and other organizations. Because of our current crisis, I have had to move my business entirely online. After a few speed bumps, my clients and I have successfully transitioned to online one on one and partner training. This has enabled me to help a vast number of people, supercharging my passion for fitness and helping others. Over the years I have had the privilege of working with a very diverse group of clients, designing individualized programs applying NASM’s proven OPT (Optimal Performance Training) model using calisthenics, steel mace/club, kettlebell, sandbag, and battle ropes to help them attain their goals. When I'm not inspiring and motivating clients, or spending time with my family, I like to swing maces and clubs, mountain bike, kayak, and ski. I believe that everyone can live a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes, as I did, people need some instruction, and some help, I can help teach you how to take control of your health, your fitness, your nutrition and improve your quality of life.

I've been working out with Bob at OutfitNJ for the last four years, and I can honestly say that it's changed my life. I've been a runner for the last 25 years and was always prone to overuse injuries of one kind or another--shin splints, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, hip bursitis. You name it. Since I've been working on strengthening, balance, and stability with Bob, I have been relatively pain free in my runs. I feel stronger and better and ran my best 5K in over twenty years! Bob creates an individualized workout just for me and the problems that regularly arise as a runner and as someone who sits a lot for my work. He is also really knowledgeable about nutrition and health in general. Another bonus for me, though unintended, is that I've gone down 2 dress sizes! I had to have almost all of my skirts and pants tailored just so I wouldn't have to spend quite so much money on new clothes. Bob is a smart, responsive, encouraging, and effective trainer. I hope to be working out with him until I can't walk anymore and highly recommend OutfitNJ to anyone!

Trainer Bob is a great trainer. He listens to your fitness goals and then designs workouts that your meet your needs and foster a healthy lifestyle. During sessions he motivates you and always corrects your form. Bob has an engaging personality which makes the session fun and move quickly.

Bob is the best! I've been training with him for three years now and I couldn't be happier. No matter what your level of fitness is or what your goals are, he'll develop the perfect regimen to keep you challenged without risking injury. In my case, he kept me active throughout my pregnancy, modifying the workouts as I progressed - he helped me stay so fit that I was able to resume working out just a month after giving birth! I'm a fan for life. He's also one of the funniest, friendliest people I know - and if you're a fan of sci-fi/horror movies, comics books, or industrial music, you'll never run out of things to talk about.

Bob is fun and a great trainer. Best tho is that you don't get injured. This is a big deal for me as so many other things Ive tried hurt my knees or lower back. I am fit and and no longer suffer from that annoying pain and weakness in my knees after sitting too long. My legs are now strong and fit and that makes this 50-something gal very happy.
