Rob Mascher was awesome- arrived on time as scheduled, very pleasant and knowledgeable, and got our solar back online. Can't recommend this company highly enough! It's very hard to find a company to work on your solar after it's installed for a number of years, and many original installation companies are out of business. This company is great.

Our technician went above and beyond the call of duty.He was able to diagnose additional problems beyond what the monitoring system said was wrong and was able to fix them on the spot.

Solar Medix was great at communicating and very responsive to all inquiries. I was never left hanging. When a delay to the inverter came up they reached out to inform me and offered other options. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our customers. Our goal is to build ever lasting relationships with out customers because we know how difficult it is to earn and keep trust in the solar industry. Once you work with us, you are part of our family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team both in the office and field go through a variety of trainings to better understand the various solar systems installed throughout the country! Our team gets sent to Fronius training and we are one of the only providers that can work on this product. We also send our team through Solar Edge, SMA, Solectria, Generac, Tesla and many more trainings to keep up to date!
