- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with your budget, and our standing fees are chef charge, $300 flat, 2.9% service charge, and $80 travel charges. We offer 10% off for Military Personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming up with a budget, building a menu and planning process for the day of. Which includes times for prep and start time for dinner, lunch or brunch. If it's a wedding also working on a timeline.
