Carola & her team did a fantastic job with our driveway. They were able to turn it around in no time. The pavement looks even all around, no pooling, and most importantly the asphalt is well compacted. Carola treated this project as if it was her own, great customer experience. Our pricing is based on the experience of our team of professionals, the technique we use for each trade varies however we also strive to meet the client’s budget. A happy middle point is always a win-win for our clients and our team.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce/explain our process to the specific service he/she is interested in. Based on this first step, we continue on more detailed questions regarding the project and the tools, materials we will need. I also provide references or pictures of previous/current projects. We mainly like to educate our clients with everything they need to know about their projects. Communication is key to successful results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for all things that are possible to renovate. My involvement in all my projects are personal and I enjoy the life changing results I create for all my clients.
