My father died & I needed some help regaining entry into the house. Michael got in touch with me very shortly after I sent out my inquiry, & was very kind & compassionate (& to boot, he was the ONLY person who responded). He was very punctual meeting me at the house both times (to assess & to actually fix), & the service was appropriately priced. Great communicator, worked well with my difficult schedule, & a stand-up guy. 10/10 do recommend, & I’ll be using him for future services.
