We hired Igor and his team to redo the floors in our new home. We refinished the hardwood in 3 bedrooms, the living room, the dining room, the hallway, and 3 sets of stairs. The price was more than fair for the amount of work needed and included carpet removal in two rooms. We were told his team would start working Saturday morning and the work would be completed by Wednesday. The team showed up Saturday morning and all floors were done and beautiful by Monday afternoon. In addition to the hardwood floor refinishing, we had vinyl flooring installed in the family room and one additional bedroom. Igor quoted us a price on Saturday morning, and brand new floors were installed by the afternoon. I highly recommend ModiFloors LLC for any flooring job. Igor and his team are professional, punctual, and do quality work in a short time frame.

Modi Floors for the win!! Truly I had been looking for someone to refinish my floors and a lot of them fell through . I contacted Igor he responded the same day. We got the floors done in 3 days.
