These guys did an amazing job. The floors look amazing - surpassed our expectations. I really enjoyed working with Igor, who communicated promptly and thoroughly. Helped us navigate the approval and COI requirements with our Coop, which was great. I would HIGHLY recommend working with these guys!

ModiFloors did an amazing job refinishing all of the floors in our new home! They responded very quickly, came for an estimate, and were able to fit us into their schedule super fast. They also moved the timeline up a day due to our schedules which was great. The floors look awesome - we also really appreciated the fact that they did a test of 3 stains ahead of finishing so we could get a sense of how they would look in the room. Highly recommend!!
