Introduction: Please be advised all major holiday rates are doubled (60$) and a minimum of a 5hr service is required holidays include (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New years Eve and New Years Day. please no phishing as we get charged by simply communicating. please not pricing around. Prices are 30$ an hour per server (Flat rate, no additional fees) TO FURTHER HELP AND ASSIST PLEASE INQUIRE THRU INSTAGRAM. (LPPARTIES) any type of communication can cost up to 30$ per inquiry. If you do not have Instagram I completely understand and am still willing to speak thru here :) My name is Leslie and I started Leslie's Perfect Parties over 7 years ago. I have been working in hospitality for over 10 years. Started as a server, then a bridal assistant. Quickly moved into Wedding/Event planning. I've worked with multiple cultures, from a Jewish wedding to a 3 day Indian wedding. My services include: -Setup: Our company can set up a whole ballroom or can set up in someone's back yard. We do exactly what the costumer wants, and if the costumer isn't sure about something we help them with various ideas. -Buffet Setup- when it comes to a buffet setup many people get worried because of the amount of food. Don't worry, as long as you have back up food we will monitor and operate your buffet area to make sure it looks good! Service- when it comes to service we can provide you with a waiter/waitress: our servers know how to multi-task. They can go from passing food, to serving drinks, to picking up dirty plates to even washing your dishes if you need to. They do it all! My wait staff isn't so big but i have 100% confidence in every single one of them Bartender- Our bartenders are very knowledgeable in every kind of liquor/mixer. They provide an exceptional service with a smile on their face always! Day of Coordinator- Our day of coordinator is like our superhero! she does it all! from coordinating florists, setup,band, ceremony, bridal party. you name it, she does it! she will be by your side every moment and will make you feel relaxed. Our day of coordinator is trained in dress busseling. She knows how to sow, tie a bow tie, tie a tie.... I mean, she does it ALL We know weddings/parties are expensive so we like to work around our costumers budget. Maybe instead of needing 3 servers you only need 2! we love to save you money! We try very hard to exceed your expectations, put a smile on everyone's face and give the best service! Thank you!

Leslie and her staff were excellent. They were punctual, extremely professional and polite to guests. They all knew exactly what to do and proactively jumped right into the work. They were great in the kitchen and worked quickly, safely and even anticipated what was required next and prepped the dishes without being asked to. As servers, they were just as wonderful. They required very little instruction which is of the utmost importance when you’re executing an event the size we were. I absolutely recommend LP Parties without reservation. I most certainly will be contacting them for my next event!

    My pricing can be worked around with, timing wise. Sometimes you may not need someone for 7 hours. You may only need them for 5. And I like to let the costumer know their choices

    I love to get to know the customer as a person. It helps me work faster and more comfortably

    I am TIPS certified, Bartender certified, as well as event/wedding planner certified
