- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are calculated based upon the individual return. I can tell you that my average tax returns are between $275 and $425.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak and/or meet directly with new clients. This is not a requirement although by meeting we get to know each other and how we will be able to work together in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado Technical University. I constantly take any and all new training that becomes available so that I can provide the best service possible.
