My experience with Kara started 2 years ago when she began working with my special needs daughter giving her therapeutic riding lessons. I have seen my daughter make the most amazing accomplishments with Kara. I also have Kara working with my own horse. My mare had been a lawn ornament for a couple of years and Kara is really training both of us (my mare and me) to get back to the business of riding!

Kara is a patient teacher, who doesn't push you to do more than what you can do. She teaches how to take care of the horses as well as ride it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Volunteers for our therapeutic riding program receive a discount on our lesson horses. Lessons $45.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted I like to discover your goals & aspirations. You welcome to schedule a visit to see the farm or watch a lesson. And then we take it from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S in Equestrian Science. Certified Advanced Instructor for Therapeutic Riders, through Path, international. Continue training with Trainers Matt McLaughlin and Craig Cameron. I love attending clinics with a variety of trainers and hosting clinics ! Currently enrolled in the USDF L program. Licensed USEF official.
