James was very professional and respectful in his communication with me all along. He gave me the confidence that he will take complete responsibility of doing a good job. He was very detailed and worked very hard to make sure that nasty pet stains from our master bedroom carpet are cleaned. I and family is impressed and very happy with his service. James did a great job! I rescued a 1yr old Male cat who hadn't been fixed. He really "loved" my two thick shag rugs. My place stunk! James came, picked the two rugs up and dipped them 5 times till the smell was gone. He kept them longer than usually just to be sure they were really cleaned, keeping in touch so I wasn't worried. I highly recommend his service and would use him again in a heartbeat.

James from Restora-Rug did an amazing job on my living room rug! The rug is now so fresh and clean. He showed up on time, worked professionally and efficiently, and ensured that the job was completed to his exacting standards. I highly recommend and will certainly call again for any future jobs.
Working with James and his employees was such a wonderful, stress-free experience. And my 45-year old oriental rug looks like new: it is spotless and the fringe looks thick and full. Almost as if we have a brand new rug.
James returns all calls and emails promptly and he delivers what he promises. Our rug needed to be cleaned and stored for a while; no problem. Getting a day and time for pick-up and delivery that worked for us- no problem. When my husband and I

From the response time (minutes) to the quality of their work I could not be more pleased with my results from Restore-Rug
Our dog was sick, making a complete mess of all our rugs, sectional sofa and upholstered bed frame. Most these items were relatively new and we were very concerned.
The technician James arrived on time and also took the time to get out all of the stains, which is worth repeating. All of the stains were removed and are completely gone! In addition, I am highly allergic to chemicals from cleaning products and I had no problems with the organic solutions that were used.
I plan on having a return visit to clean our dining room chairs in the fall.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50cent per square foot for carpet cleaning, minimum of $160. Rug pricing is different according to size, material and condition. standard three seater sofa $120-160, standard sectional $175-300+. 10% discount for first time carpet or upholstery jobs. There is a $5 fee for every flight we must walk up AFTER the first floor. For payment we accept cash, credit card, and check. If you use a credit card tax is included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for a new customer is to first assess the situation and inspect for any prior damage. Secondly we will vacuum thoroughly, pre spray to loosen any dirt and finally steam clean with a textile rinse to wash and prior solutions alway. When finished we can always add deodorizer or a protector of you would like.
