Pricing depends on the size and details of the wedding and the level of coordination needed. My day-of coordination packages typically include timeline creation, vendor communication, ceremony coordination, and full management of the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. I always provide clear pricing upfront so couples know exactly what services are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a couple books with me, we begin with a consultation to review the details of their wedding day. I then create a detailed wedding day timeline and connect with all vendors to confirm arrival times and responsibilities. During the wedding, I manage the ceremony lineup, coordinate vendors, and oversee the timeline to ensure everything flows smoothly from start to finish. My goal is to handle the logistics behind the scenes so the couple can focus on celebrating with their guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of wedding coordination experience along with 18 years of hospitality and restaurant leadership experience. My background in hospitality has given me strong skills in organization, vendor coordination, customer service, and managing high-pressure events. I also hold hospitality and service certifications and bring a calm, professional approach to every wedding I coordinate.
