- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on following: Service fee is $150 to come to your location and troubleshoot the system to determine the cause of problem. If issue is minor and be repaired at the initial service visit , it is repaired for the service fee. If it requires parts or refrigerant , the only addidtional cost would be for the parts or the refrigerant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with customer, set time for appointment to trouble shoot the system ,make daignosis for repair
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVACR education & 22 years of field experience. Have a NJ Master HVACR license
