Bruno did a great job making my whole home water filter fit in my crawlspace. He also redid the plumbing connecting my water softener and installed a spin down filter. Excellent price and he worked around my schedule.

Plumbwells And Bruno are an excellent choice for my difficult situation. I was getting air in my hot and coal water lines and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged and was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowledge of the history of my submergible water pump it was probably time to replace that while he was here.He gave me three different quotes for the different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he shouldve to replace the whole tank and submerge pump and actually came back the next day to finish the job which shouldve only taken him 5 to 6 hours.He held to his original quote, even though there was excessive labor and customize parts needed. He and his Assistant came back a second day to make sure everything was completed correctly and address a different problem at no cost.I would highly recommendplumbWell and Bruno for any plumbing repair replacement that you have in your house or business at a very reasonable price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that my pricing is a very fair in today’s economy and always willing to work with my customers during times of economic hardship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with any customer regardless, new or existing is always the same. I work with professionalism, integrity, and honesty. I will first properly conduct a diagnostic, write up several options in order to resolve the issue, and clearly discuss and educate the homeowner about all options that are on the table in order for the home to get back to normal use after reviewing everything with the homeowner and pricing is agreed-upon then the work will be done immediately if not, the very next day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Master Plumber in the State of New Jersey. I also have a license for water pump installer and have over 11 years training with wall systems. In addition to my well pump license, I also completed my four year apprenticeship program for Plumbing, and currently going through my journeyman hours. By June 2024 I will be able to see it for the master exam for plumbing.
