Major Well System Overhaul – Highly Professional & Diligent I had a 10/10 experience with Bruno at Plumbwell during a holiday emergency. My family was without water, and Bruno worked tirelessly over several days to manage a very complex project. This was a major undertaking that included: Excavation: Finding and excavating a buried well on the property. System Replacement: Replacing the aging well pressure tank, dead well pump, and the galvanized water service line. Upgrading to Code: Bringing the well casing above ground. Installation: Setting up a new well pressure tank and all new electrical wiring. Bruno uses only high-quality materials, which was very important to me. The new system includes a 52-Gallon AO Smith Pump Pro well tank, a 1/2 HP Goulds submersible well pump, and polyplex water service lines. Bruno is a master of his craft—diligent, honest, and an excellent communicator. He kept me informed every step of the way. If you need high-quality work and a professional who truly cares about the results, Plumbwell is the best of the best.

Bruno did a great job making my whole home water filter fit in my crawlspace. He also redid the plumbing connecting my water softener and installed a spin down filter. Excellent price and he worked around my schedule.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that my pricing is a very fair in today’s economy and always willing to work with my customers during times of economic hardship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with any customer regardless, new or existing is always the same. I work with professionalism, integrity, and honesty. I will first properly conduct a diagnostic, write up several options in order to resolve the issue, and clearly discuss and educate the homeowner about all options that are on the table in order for the home to get back to normal use after reviewing everything with the homeowner and pricing is agreed-upon then the work will be done immediately if not, the very next day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Master Plumber in the State of New Jersey. I also have a license for water pump installer and have over 11 years training with wall systems. In addition to my well pump license, I also completed my four year apprenticeship program for Plumbing, and currently going through my journeyman hours. By June 2024 I will be able to see it for the master exam for plumbing.
