Wow my experience with R&A was phenomenal. I called late on a Sunday as I was having issues with my furnace and not getting heat. They were able to service my furnace that night, found the issue, get the heat turned back on safely, and replaced the defected part the next day. It just so happened that within the same time, I had a major problem at another home with a dryer and the way it was being vented. It seemed almost impossible to find a turn key way to vent the dryer but they found away. It was a complexed job but R&A turned it around quickly while being extremely patient with all my questions. I would 1000% recommend using these guys!

My heat wasn’t working. I was able to get a service call the same day and my heat was retired that evening. Two days later it wasn’t working again. He came out and discovered it was a problem with a setting and adjusted it. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend.
