I had an excellent experience. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every issue he found in a way that was easy to understand. He didn’t rush at all and pointed out things I would have never noticed on my own, which really helped me feel confident moving forward with the home. You can tell he truly cares about doing a great job and protecting his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.

I am a property investor, that was looking to fix and flip a home. I needed a home inspection to make sure my investment was a good one. So I called up Guardian Home and immediately got a great quote. They came out conducted the inspection and laid out all its Pros and Cons and allowed me to see the potential on the home. I am now looking to use them going forward on all my property investments. I definitely recommend the company.

Harrison was extremely thorough with his inspection. He spent the time explaining everything he was doing. If there was an issue, he showed me. He also answered any questions I had with great detail. He went above and beyond and got me the whole report back extremely quickly. His price point is great and I HIGHLY recommend him. Very very knowledgable.
