They were quick to respond and showed up on time however the quality wasn’t great. Specifically asked for a deep clean got just average vacuuming, mopping with spots remaining. Paid for window cleaning but dust remained on window sills. Paid for extra services but dirt left behind on several surfaces. Reached out to the company who got defensive and didn’t offer any solution. Stated they cleaned for several hours (even though it was mentioned there’s no time constraints) and we had been upfront about the size of the house and offered water/coffee/ breaks. And there was supposed to be a walk through which never happened after. I have a small business and take customer service and feedback seriously and am always amazed when businesses treat clients poorly. For the amount paid and the expectations given sorely disappointed. They lost a would be repeat client. Giving the hours worked (when breaks were offered) or size of the house (which was clearly communicated) as a reason to not do the job adequately is not acceptable.

We had an appointment for 11 AM , but the ladies came after 4 hours , which it was ok, then it took them 1/2 to finish doing a deep cleaning how is that possible I was extremely disappointed the dust were still all over the floor was not properly clean just a horrible and I try communicating with them but none of them spoke English so I had to use google translate. I was very disappointed to say the least I will NEVER use them again so don’t let the price fool you I rather pay more and have a good service and a clean house.

Rose, My team was not there for just 30 minutes please get your facts straight they were there for over an hour and i sent 3 ladies to clean a 2 bedroom apartment, the dusty hands are from inside the cabinets, a service you didn’t pay extra for nor requested, i offered a discount for the delay and you accepted it, you said you needed the floors cleaned again and they did it. Im sorry you were so disappointed and dissatisfied, a call would’ve been appreciated to try to fix the situation instead of this 2 star review full of misinformation and that is far from the level of service we provide.
