- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a full experience. A full prep of the skin as well, makeup that will last, and engagement with my dear clients during makeup application. Prices can be negotiable. Fees apply based off of add-ons, travel, deposit, later touch ups, Trials, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them a little while understanding what they are looking for. Then, discussing rates while trying to work with them, if needed. I request a deposit, and the rest is paid the day of the event. I do provide a receipt/invoice with my signature. Until the day of event, I may reach out once or twice to touch base and say hello.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught however, I am also Certified. I took a makeup course, and the rest of my experience was learned through working with clients, friends and family.
