About
Interested in piano lessons? Whether you or your child are interested in starting piano lessons for the very first time or already have previous piano experience, I can help build a solid basis in fundamentals, perfect techniques, and nurture a passion for piano. From learning to read sheet music to playing Mozart from memory, I teach using a variety of traditional and up-to-date techniques. Additionally, adult students/beginners are also welcome – contact me to learn more! Most of my students have come to me after working with other teachers and start making faster progress within a few months. You will learn: How to read music Keys and notes Flats and sharps Music theory Fundamentals Hand position and finger technique Using the pedals Music books are supplied at an additional cost, and students are encouraged to practice for at least 30 minutes every day. Parents of very young children are welcome to attend lessons, so you can even learn to help your child at home! Commitment is month-to-month, and there is no contract! Semester and Yearly tuition options are also available. I teach from my studio location in the West New York/Weehawken area on Boulevard East as well as Jersey City near Journal Square, Hawthorne near the NJ Transit train station, and in NYC near Lincoln Center.

Mr Daniel has been teaching my son for about 6 months now. My son is a beginner. Mr Daniel has been extremely patient and really takes a lot of interest in ensuring that my son learns correctly while having fun in the classes. He changes the lessons and class activities to keep my son engaged while he learns! My son loves his classes! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Daniel is an excellent teacher. He's my vocal coach and accompanist. His interpretation and instruction of music, both as teacher and as an accompanist, are flawless. I've also not heard anyone understand so fully or play Rachmaninoff so beautifully. A truly gifted tutor and performer.
