- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have hourly price as well as packages that can be adjusted based on personal needs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, establishing their whys. I go over voice diagnostic, understanding where the person right now/ what stops them from using the power of their voice. 1. If it’s singing- then I work towards expending their ability to use their voice 2. If it’s a public speaking and self presentation, understanding the mission of presentation, identifying fears and start building confidence
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained to sing since Im 6 years old, in 2015 I trained with Lorraine Serabian ( tony award nominee ) who was my mentor and inspired me to study broadway. In 2018 I graduated with BA in musical theatre. I’ve been working with people and hosting workshops and webinars since then. I developed my own programs for voice development and confidence in front of camera for students and professionals
