- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable for the experience and talent you will receive which is the reason why i am constantly referred to other family members and friends. I provide the most reasonable prices possible so i can build great customers that will hold on to my number and pass it along for as along. I even do countless of things in peoples home for no charge when we start a project. I dont go around adding everything little thing that is not included in the project then adding more money to the bill as we progress in the project at the end of the project you will not be happy when you see a bill for double the price which are all extras. I have been doing extras for no charge for my customers for years now especially the elderly folks. So my prices are low as i can keep them in order to build a consistent customer base try me and you will see how your experience is . My customers will vouch for me , I can give you references of as many customers you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am new to thumbtack but my previous customers will can vouch for the type of work i do. My process is simple. I will take bid on your project and then anticipate your call. We will schedule a convenient time for both of us to meet, i will take in as much information as possible about your project then submit the most reasonable price for both of us. I then will then email you a contract where you can review before we start. Contract will entail all the required info a homeowner needs and expects to find in a contract. Once the contract is signed we can agree on a starting date to begin your project. After this you will be on board with all the decision making that will give your project the vision you always dreamed of and envisioned it to be. I am a very relaxed contractor to deal with i am very outgoing and talented. I work with my brother and we have a crew that is extremely talented with what they do. Your home is treated just like mine and the end result is exactly what i would want it to be as if i was working in my own house! .
